Sinacola was the low bidder for the SH 114 project for the Texas Department of Transportation. The scope includes constructing approximately two miles of new SH 114 main lanes from west of 377 to east of IH 35W. Work also involves widening the westbound frontage road and removing, replacing, or widening sections of the eastbound frontage road. The project features significant structural components, including three main-lane bridges, one main-lane underpass, and three frontage-road bridges.
